The place was delightful and pleasant and the staff were great, the location was magnificent close by so reaching the centre. I had a tasty and delicious breakfast with briiant delicate crepes and a very attentive chef, for instance. The service was exceptional, enjoyed it. They had a smooth check-in. The whole experience was truly memorable, no complains at all, would be happy to recommend.

The Shanti Home was an oasis of calm, comfort and cleanliness in a very busy, bustling city. Although not centrally located it was only a 400m walk to the metro station nearby which connects you to anywhere you might want to go in New Delhi.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and even took us to the metro to show us how to buy tickets, etc. The hotel also organised an air-conditioned car with driver for a trip to the Taj Mahal, and included complimentary fruit and drinks. A perfect stay.

Hotel rooms and restaurant on the roof were excellent. Hotel staff was very friendly and flexible. Location is not too far from centre, metro nor airport.
Locally there is not much to see around.

The very high standard of customer service.

I greatly enjoyed the stay and would happily return. the room I got was immaculately clean and unique with water heater, toiletries, and a laptop. - the staff were welcoming and provided great services. - the location was unbeatable and good, walking distance to cafés and restaurants.

The Hospitality was amazing I give 150% Hotel staff was extraordinary and genuinely helpfull Decor was very authentic, Spa was great,food and service at the restaurant was excellent Airport Pick up and drop off was very good too and economical Will recommend this boutique hotel any time Great value for money
A TV in every room( we did not miss it as there is a lovey room for TV for those who want to) and a pool or a Jacuuzzi would have been just the cherry on the cake

The rooms at Shanti Home were luxurious and came with a balcony. the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. the location was peaceful, close to New Delhi and a clean, new, and frequent subway. it was conveniently located near the airport.
